Key Deliverables :
- Achieve assigned sales targets across Data, Voice, Broadband, and Fixed Line services.
- Drive new client acquisition and break into new accounts for enterprise solutions.
- Cross-sell and upsell multiple product lines to existing and new customers.
- Maintain a healthy and mature sales funnel across all business lines.
- Monitor market competition, gather intelligence, and plan customer-specific sales interventions.
Role Responsibilities :
Build and nurture long-term relationships with enterprise clients to ensure sustained revenue growth.Act as the single point of contact for all service lines, ensuring seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.Negotiate and close business deals / contracts to maximize revenue.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services as per client expectations.Conduct regular fieldwork to enhance customer engagement and ensure service excellence.Skills Required
