Job description
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow sales of spare parts and auxiliary products for tyre curing machines.
Act as a one point contact for key customer accounts (domestic & international).
Develop account-specific strategies to achieve sales and service objectives.
Work closely with aftermarket service teams to ensure timely spare parts availability and support.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling spares and auxiliary solutions.
Conduct market analysis on competitors, pricing, and demand trends.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and long-term supply agreements with key customers.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain account profitability.
Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams for product availability and customization.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to management.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of tyre curing machines, spare parts, and auxiliary products.
Proven experience in aftermarket sales, spares marketing, or capital equipment industry.
Excellent relationship management and customer engagement skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical drawings, spare parts lists, and machine documentation.
Analytical skills for market intelligence and forecasting.
Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites (domestic & international).
