Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting customers with queries in a professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Handle inbound calls and provide appropriate information.
• Generate leads and follow up to convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain and update customer database and call records.
• Explain products / services clearly to customers.
• Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team.
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly call and conversion targets.
• Resolve customer queries or escalate to the relevant department.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
