telecaller job involves making and receiving phone calls to interact with customers or prospects to promote products / services, generate leads, conduct surveys, resolve issues, or collect payments, requiring strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills. Key duties include following scripts, updating CRM systems, answering customer questions, scheduling appointments, and building client relationships. The primary goal of a telecaller is to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth through effective phone interactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls : Initiate calls to potential customers to introduce products or services, explain features and benefits, and generate interest. Lead Generation : Contact potential leads, gather information about their needs, and convert them into sales opportunities. Customer Support : Handle incoming calls from existing customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Appointment Setting : Schedule appointments for sales representatives or field teams, emphasizing quality leads. Data Management : Record call details, update customer information in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and maintain accurate records. Sales & Negotiation : Persuade customers to make purchases, negotiate payment agreements, and close sales deals. Reporting : Create and update MIS reports based on telecalling conversations and observations for management review.
