Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Telecaller / Presales Executive. The Telecaller / Presales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential customers, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals), and handling sales inquiries. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lead Generation and Sales skills
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge and experience with responding to RFPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the education industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
