Join Hoora Technologies as the Head of Promoter Sales & Telecalling and lead the charge in building a high-performing telesales engine that drives bookings, upselling, and cross-selling across our B2C vehicle care services. You'll design scalable systems, optimize CRM operations, and transform our telecalling function into a powerful revenue center.
Key Responsibilities :
- Telecalling Setup & Optimization : Build and manage a scalable, data-driven telecalling system for high-volume sales operations.
- CRM & Sales Strategy : Oversee CRM usage for lead management, sales automation, and performance tracking. Define strategies to maximize conversion and funnel velocity.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and manage a dynamic team of promoters and telecallers, fostering a results-driven culture.
- Revenue Growth : Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for premium services and D2C products.
- Performance Management : Set clear KPIs, coach teams for success, and ensure consistent achievement of targets.
Ideal Candidate :
