Key responsibilitiesOutbound calling : Make calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. Lead generation : Identify and generate new sales leads by engaging with potential customers over the phone. Inbound call handling : Answer incoming calls from customers to assist with inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Customer support : Help customers, address their needs, and handle and resolve complaints to maintain customer satisfaction. Record keeping : Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, conversations, and sales data in a customer database. Follow-up : Follow up with leads and existing customers to provide new information, confirm details, and nurture relationships.
