Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Nagpur. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, following up on leads, maintaining customer databases, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves identifying client needs, scheduling appointments, and achieving daily and monthly targets. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize client engagement and conversion rates.
