Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Tele Caller in the Real Estate sector, located in Ambegoan, Pune. The Tele Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating and following up on leads, maintaining detailed records of client communication, and converting inquiries into potential sales. The role also involves providing information about real estate offerings, addressing client queries, and maintaining a professional and customer-centric approach to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to interact with clients effectively
• Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and objections professionally
• Organizational skills to maintain and update client records and leads efficiently
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications in relevant fields is preferred
• Understanding of the real estate industry or prior experience in a similar role is an added advantage

Salary : 22 to 25K (In-hand + Incentive for top performance)
