Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Job Description :

• Search Strategy and Roadmap : Define the product vision and roadmap for search, aligning with business objectives.
• Search Relevance and Ranking : Improve search algorithms, ranking models, and query understanding to enhance discoverability.
• Personalization and AI / ML Integration : Leverage machine learning models to personalize search results based on user behavior.
• Search Funnel Optimization : Reduce drop-offs, improve zero-result searches, and enhance auto-suggestions to drive conversion.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and category teams to deliver an intuitive and high-performing search experience.
• Metrics and Performance Tracking : Define and monitor key search KPIs like CTR, NDCG, search-to-cart ratio, and search latency.
• A / B Testing and Experimentation : Conduct experiments to improve search UX and ranking models iteratively.
