Brainstorm Force - Senior Product Manager - Strategy & Roadmap

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Vision and Strategy : You'll own the product vision, conducting market research, analyzing the competition, and gathering customer feedback to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
• Roadmap Planning and Prioritization : You'll develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business objectives and customer needs.
• Your collaboration with development, support, and marketing teams will ensure everyone is aligned.
• Feature Definition and Design : You'll work closely with the team to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• You'll also create product mockups and wireframes, ensuring designs are rooted in user needs and business goals.
• Quality Assurance & Acceptance : You'll oversee final acceptance testing to ensure new features meet quality standards and adhere to timelines.
• Your final go-ahead will be crucial for product releases.
• Stakeholder Engagement : You'll be the main point of contact for stakeholders, communicating the product vision and progress to internal teams and external partners to ensure business goals are Skills & Qualifications :
• WordPress Expertise : You must have in-depth knowledge of the WordPress ecosystem and familiarity with relevant technologies like PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Technical Acumen : You should have a solid understanding of software development lifecycle, web technologies, APIs, and cloud services.
• Data & Analytics : Your strong analytical skills will be essential for translating data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience with tools for user analytics and A / B testing is a big plus.
• Product Management Tools : You should have hands-on experience with tools like Jira or Linear for backlog management and project tracking.
• Communication : Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven Track Record : You must have a proven history of product planning, acceptance testing, and product design
