Shiprocket - Associate Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to join our product team. You will work closely with senior product managers, engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and deliver exceptional user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has early product experience and is looking to grow into a full product ownership role.

Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements.
• Support in defining product roadmaps, release plans, and feature specifications.
• Work with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Assist in writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Track product performance using analytics tools and generate actionable insights.
• Support in managing product backlogs, sprint planning, and cross-functional communication.
• Monitor post-release metrics and recommend improvements.
