Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and hiring plans
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to meet hiring targets
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs
• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
• Optimize employer branding and candidate experience
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire)
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Build relationships with external recruitment agencies and institutions
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
