Key Responsibilities :
IT Recruitment & Delivery :
- Manage open IT positions and lead day-to-day staffing delivery to clients.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and other sourcing tools.
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and assess fitment based on job specifications.
- Ensure timely achievement of hiring targets and deliverables within set SLAs.
Stakeholder & Client Management :
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs.Communicate and influence key decision-makers across different levels of the organization.Maintain consistent client engagement and deliver recruitment insights and metrics.Talent Pipeline & Strategy :
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active IT candidates.Maintain and update candidate databases for current and future job opportunities.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract niche and high-demand IT talent.Reporting & Analysis :
Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, etc.) to improve performance.Provide regular reports and dashboards on recruitment progress to management and clients.Identify gaps and opportunities in the recruitment process and recommend improvements.Requirements :
Graduation in any discipline.3–6 years of proven experience in IT recruitment and talent sourcing.Experience managing hiring targets and working with delivery timelines.Strong client handling, negotiation, and communication skills.Good understanding of the IT market , including skill trends, compensation, and talent availability.Ability to drive recruitment strategy, work independently, and collaborate across teams.Skills Required
