Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting is an executive search firm based in Chennai.

We are currently seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as IT Recruiters for our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment, a desire to learn and grow, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks to identify and engage with qualified IT candidates.

Conduct initial screenings and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, qualifications, and cultural fit within the organization.

Work closely with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and close the positions

Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including regular communication and feedback.

Build and maintain a network of potential IT candidates for future job opportunities.

Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Desired Profile :

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT positions, skills, and technologies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven and a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
