We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager / Team Lead to establish and manage our APAC delivery team in India. This is a player–coach role, responsible for managing two recruiters while also directly sourcing candidates for Singapore, Malaysia, and South East Asia . The Team Lead will oversee performance management, coach the team, and ensure delivery against client requirements in IT contract staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 2 recruiters focused on sourcing candidates for APAC IT contract roles.
- Actively deliver 3 personal placements per month in addition to managing team KPIs.
- Plan, promote, and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and nurture a talent pool of IT professionals across SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other technologies.
- Use various sourcing methods : database, networking, job boards, referrals, advertisements, , and headhunting.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships through phone and email (no face-to-face).
- Partner with Sales and RTM teams to align delivery with client demand.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of K2K and Salesforce for all activities.
Requirements
University degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years recruitment experience (IT contract staffing preferred), with proven APAC sourcing exposure (Singapore, Malaysia, SEA).At least 2 years of leadership experience, including KPI management.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proactive, self-motivated, and able to coach and lead in a fast-paced environment.
