Job Summary : Follow :

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development professional with experience in aerospace engineering and manufacturing . The ideal candidate will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting our capabilities in aerospace structures, components, tooling, and system integration . This role requires strong technical understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in aerospace OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers .
  • Promote the company’s expertise in aerospace design, manufacturing, and precision engineering .
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare technical proposals, RFQ responses, and capability presentations .
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government / defense agencies.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic growth in target regions North America, LATAM, and Europe).
  • Work with internal teams on costing, pricing strategy, and bid management .
  • Track project pipelines and ensure alignment with company growth and capacity plans.
  • Coordinate with the engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Drive strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or technology collaborations to expand global reach.

Qualifications and Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 5–15 years of experience in business development, sales, or program management within the aerospace industry .
  • Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, composite structures, sheet metal, tooling, or assembly systems.
  • Familiarity with AS9100, NADCAP, and aerospace quality systems .
  • Proven track record in winning contracts or developing client accounts with aerospace OEMs or Tier suppliers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage technical discussions and interface with engineering and procurement teams.
