Key Responsibilities :
Assistant Manager – Installation & Service
Oversee and coordinate on-site with our partners for installation of windows, doors, and other systems.
Plan, schedule, and allocate manpower and resources for multiple installation projects.
Liaise with our channel partners, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct site inspections to monitor quality, safety, and compliance with company standards.
Handle escalated service or installation issues and resolve technical problems promptly.
Maintain inventory and ensure availability of tools, hardware, and materials.
Trainer – Technical & Service Team
Conduct hands-on training for new and existing installers and channel partners
Develop training modules on installation techniques, safety protocols, and product knowledge.
Evaluate technician performance and provide guidance for continuous improvement.
Promote standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to them in the field.
