Role & Responsibilities
- Daily facility workaround checklist
- Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
- Daily Briefing Facility Executive about Planned activities and major Building compliant
- Daily checking all Security & HK Logbook, Report, etc.
- Weekly Report.
- Coordinating with the Vendors
- Month-end checking consumable and raising indent for the same.
- Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations
- Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar
- Ensuring END to End services under facility management

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
Qualification
Hotel Management Graduate
