Position Overview
The Assistant Manager - Soft Services is responsible for managing and delivering comprehensive soft services solutions within workplace environments. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional service delivery across cleaning, catering, events, landscaping, and other facility support services while maintaining strong client relationships and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management :
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned soft services accounts
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
- Conduct regular client meetings and service reviews
- Ensure contract compliance and service level agreement adherence
Service Delivery :
Oversee daily operations of soft services including cleaning, catering, mailroom, reception, and security servicesMonitor service quality through regular inspections and client feedbackCoordinate with service providers and contractorsManage service schedules and resource allocationFinancial Management :
