Soft Services - Manager

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 3-5 years of facility management experience with soft services focus
- Knowledge of industry standards and relevant regulations
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
- Fluency in English and Hindi; Marathi knowledge beneficial

Operations
Manage day-to-day soft services including housekeeping, pest control, and receptionMonitor service delivery against established standards and SLAsConduct regular inspections and audits of soft services to identify improvement areasImplement standardized operating procedures ensuring compliance with client policiesRespond immediately to critical performance incidents and coordinate follow-up actionsLeadership
Lead the soft services FM team including on-site vendor personnelFoster high staff morale, trust, and work ethicsCreate an environment that supports teamwork and performance excellenceMentor team members and facilitate professional development opportunitiesEncourage innovation and initiative-sharing within the teamPerform role of training coordinatorClient Relations
Build credible relationships with clients and business unit stakeholdersMaintain communication to sustain healthy business relationshipsAct as liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teamsResolve issues effectively through clear communicationContract Management
Drive excellent implementation of all contracts at assigned sitesCollaborate with Sourcing teams to manage vendor performanceSupport selection, training, and supervision of service staff and contractorsFinancial Oversight
Contribute to budget planning and cost control initiativesDrive financial targets and control requirements across all sitesPrepare standard periodic reports as requiredCompliance
