About the Company :

Role Overview :

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head with 10+ years of proven experience in Sales and strong exposure to the co-living / real estate / hospitality industry.
  • The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring maximum occupancy across our properties in Pune.
  • Key Responsibilities :

    Strategic Leadership :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the co-living sector.
  • Forecast sales performance and track progress against set targets.
  • Sales & Business Development :

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Expand the customer base through innovative lead generation activities.
  • Team Management :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver peak performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.
  • Market Analysis & Expansion :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Strengthen corporate tie-ups and partnerships for long-term occupancy.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the operations team.
  • Required Qualifications & Skills :

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in the co-living / real estate / hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in corporate tie-ups, B2C sales, and broker / channel partner management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting
