Role Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head with 10+ years of proven experience in Sales and strong exposure to the co-living / real estate / hospitality industry.The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading sales operations, developing business strategies, and ensuring maximum occupancy across our properties in Pune.Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership :
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.Identify business growth opportunities within the co-living sector.Forecast sales performance and track progress against set targets.Sales & Business Development :
Achieve and exceed revenue and occupancy targets.Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, channel partners, and brokers.Develop and execute B2B and B2C sales strategies for customer acquisition.Expand the customer base through innovative lead generation activities.Team Management :
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver peak performance.Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales skills and product knowledge.Set clear KPIs and monitor performance.Market Analysis & Expansion :
Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.Provide insights and recommendations for pricing, promotions, and expansion.Collaborate with the marketing team to design impactful campaigns.Client & Stakeholder Engagement :
Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.Strengthen corporate tie-ups and partnerships for long-term occupancy.Ensure customer satisfaction by working closely with the operations team.Required Qualifications & Skills :
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of sales experience with at least 3-5 years in the co-living / real estate / hospitality industry.Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Experience in corporate tie-ups, B2C sales, and broker / channel partner management.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data-driven sales reporting(ref : iimjobs.com)
