We are seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead our sales function, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence across key geographies. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in SaaS, product, or IT services sales along with strong leadership skills to manage and grow a high-performing sales team.

- Define and implement effective sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive business development initiatives in domestic and international markets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and account managers to achieve targets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and regularly track sales performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with delivery and product teams to ensure seamless client engagement and Skills & Qualifications :
- Proven success in senior sales leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in SaaS, IT services, or technology sales.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing and training sales teams, including SDRs.
- Strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution and results.
