Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record of achieving targets, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, improving customer satisfaction, and driving the company's growth objectives.

Responsibilities of Sales Head

1. Team Leadership & Management

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and ensure lead allocation.

2. Target Planning & Achievement

  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
  • 3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Collect and review sales staff reports.
  • Monitor team performance and share updates with management.
  • 4. Quality Control & Client Communication

  • Ensure professional communication with clients / leads.
  • Conduct training / feedback sessions for quality improvement.
  • 5. CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain accuracy and quality of CRM data.
  • Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • 6. Sales Strategy & Incentives

  • Design sales strategies and promotional plans.
  • Create and implement incentive programs.
  • 7. Collaboration & Business Development

  • Work with marketing / operations teams to align goals.
  • Provide insights on market trends and new opportunities.
  • Qualifications

  • Min experience of 5-7 years in Sales & Marketing
  • Expertise in Sales, Sales Management
  • Proficiency in Account Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Team Management
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Pune
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
