Area Sales Manager - Vadodara (Cleaning Industry)

Position Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales in Gujarat and Western India. The candidate will be responsible for expanding our footprint in the cleaning industry by driving equipment sales, managing a sales team, and delivering superior customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage sales of cleaning solutions across Gujarat and Western India.
- Lead and coach a small team of sales engineers, ensuring productivity and performance.
- Develop strong relationships with industrial clients across pharma, chemical, FMCG, and facility management.
- Support team in client demos, technical trials, and negotiation closures.
- Monitor market demand, competitor activities, and implement growth strategies.
- Generate periodic reports on sales achievements, forecasts, and B.E. degree (Mechanical / Electrical preferred).
- 6-10 years of industrial sales experience; prior exposure to cleaning equipment / solutions highly preferred.
- Leadership ability with experience managing small sales teams.
- Familiarity with Gujarat industrial hubs (Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Surat).
- Strong client engagement, technical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Two-wheeler is mandatory.
