About the Role :
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Area Manager with a strong background in B2B marketing and sales in the field of instrumentation. The candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
Key Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for industrial instrumentation products.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify new business leads through offer follow-ups, client visits, and networking.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and proposals to clients.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, products, and pricing strategies.
Key Bachelor degree in Engineering (Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechanical) or related field.
MBA in marketing preferred3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales and marketing in the instrumentation sector.Strong technical understanding of industrial automation and process instrumentation products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a strategic and analytical mindset.Willingness to travel as required within the assigned area.(ref : iimjobs.com)
