Position : Sales Leader – D2C Premium Dairy (Subscription & Value-Added Products)
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat (with expansion scope across Gujarat & India)
Reporting To : Business Head – Agrifood
Purpose
Lead and manage the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Premium Fresh Milk (subscription-based) and value-added dairy products business in Vadodara city by driving customer acquisition, retention, sales growth, operational excellence, logistics, and brand visibility. The Sales Leader will be solely responsible for end-to-end sales, marketing, and last-mile delivery management.
Candidate Profile
- Must have prior work experience in Vadodara and strong knowledge of local demographics
- Solely responsible for sales, marketing & logistics / D2C delivery management
- Education : Any graduate; MBA preferred in Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 7–15 years of experience in D2C Milk / Dairy product sales
- Additional FMCG sales & marketing experience is strongly preferred
