Position : Sales Leader – D2C Premium Dairy (Subscription & Value-Added Products)
Location : Vadodara, Gujarat (with expansion scope across Gujarat & India)

Purpose-
Lead and manage the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Premium Fresh Milk (subscription-based) and value-added dairy products business in Vadodara city by driving customer acquisition, retention, sales growth, operational excellence, logistics, and brand visibility. The Sales Leader will be solely responsible for end-to-end sales, marketing, and last-mile delivery management.
Candidate Profile-
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) & KPIs :
1. Customer Acquisition & Subscription Growth – Achieve monthly subscription targets of new customers
2. Customer Retention & Experience – Maintain high customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
3. Revenue & Profitability Growth – Drive recurring revenue through subscriptions and upsell value-added products (curd, paneer, buttermilk, ghee).
4. Distribution & Delivery Management– Ensure efficient last-mile delivery and logistics for customer orders.
5. Marketing & Brand Visibility – Plan and execute hyperlocal campaigns in Vadodara to strengthen brand presence and app adoption.
6. Sales Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and manage a small high-performance sales and delivery team.
7. Compliance & Quality Assurance – Ensure adherence to hygiene, FSSAI, timely delivery and customer service standards.
