JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute actively to business decisions through both qualitative inputs and in-depth quantitative analysis. Have a strong understanding of both the design requisites and customer experience required to maximize business results.
Developing the ecosystem for successful Sales and Design experience both for the internal teams and the customers.
Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.
Drive productivity of the business managers.
Strong seller, number driven person
Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central program
Strong account mindset, relationship builder

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATION

Bachelors Qualification preferably B. Arch, B. Interior Design.

Masters / Specialization : Construction Planning Management,MBA,Design Management

Minimum 7-8 Years of experience

Ability to understand Ops challenges and build relationships to overcome ops blockers

Should have managed a team of minimum 10 team members

Hunger and drive to learn and grow in a fast paced and high energy environment.

Willing to take up challenging problem statements and come-up with elegant and scalable solutions

Strong first principle thinking and data driven decision making is at the heart of your problem solving approach.
