Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first-level technical support via voice (calls), chat, and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to :
- VPN connectivity
- Microsoft Office 365
- Driver installations
- Active Directory
- Basic networking and operating systems
- Utilize ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Control-M to log and manage incidents.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and take ownership of customer issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and IT support trends.
- Participate in training and upskilling programs as required.
Must-Have Skills :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
- Good understanding of operating systems (Windows, Mac, etc.) and basic networking concepts.
- Familiarity with productivity tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) :
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work in US shifts and 24x7 rotational shifts.
- 100% Work from Office (no hybrid or remote options).
- Open to working weekends and holidays as per shift schedule.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Any graduate (technical or non-technical background).
- Prior experience in a voice-based service desk or technical support role is an added advantage.
