[24]7.ai is hiring for International Voice, Non-Voice & Semi-Voice Process roles. Join our dynamic team to help provide customer service across voice and non-voice channels. This is a fantastic opportunity for both freshers and experienced candidates with relevant or non-relevant BPO experience.

�� Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with existing and prospective customers via voice and non-voice channels.
  • Collect and verify customer information to address their needs.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving queries related to products and services.

�� Qualifications :

  • Education : PUC (12th), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, and Graduates from any stream.
  • Experience : Freshers and candidates with BPO or non-relevant domain experience are welcome to apply.
  • Skills :
  • English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Strong customer orientation and problem-solving abilities.
