We are seeking a motivated individual to join our International Semi Voice Process team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions through calls, providing exceptional service and support to clients across various international markets.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to customer queries and issues.
- Provide effective solutions to customer problems while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
- Assist in training new team members when required.
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in a semi-voice process or similar role (2-4 years).Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Ability to handle customer queries with patience and empathy.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications related to customer service.Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate effectively.Skills Required
