Description
We are seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst I to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware and software, and ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Document incidents and service requests in the IT service management tool.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and hardware.
- Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions and troubleshooting steps.
Skills and Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a Service Desk environment.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Familiarity with ITIL concepts and practices.Basic understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer service orientation.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.Skills Required
