We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Purchase & Commercial Manager to join our team at Maa Lifestyle. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate contracting, purchase management, and commercial operations , with a proven track record of handling end-to-end project requirements in the civil engineering and construction sector.

Key Requirements :

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Oversee procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.
• Manage commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with stakeholders.
• Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims while mitigating risks.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop strong sourcing strategies.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.
