We are seeking a Senior Project Contract Manager to join our team in India. This role will involve managing all aspects of project contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of project contracts from initiation to completion.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and vendors.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts and projects.
- Provide guidance and support to junior contract managers and team members.
- Review and approve invoices and payment requests related to contracts.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.10-15 years of experience in contract management or project management.Strong understanding of contract law and procurement processes.Proficient in contract negotiation and management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex contractual documents and assess risks.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Skills Required
