We'll look to you for :
- Recording and maintaining contracts in a central repository
- Organizing and partly conducting contract education sessions
- Coordinating and documenting corrective actions and disputes
- Tracking invoices and payments
- Negotiating contract changes and renewals in collaboration with the Procurement department
- Providing proactive advice on contract management activities and risks
- Performing Contract Management reporting
