About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager / Purchase & Commercial Manager to join our team at Maa Lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in real estate contracting, purchase management, and commercial operations, with a proven track record of handling end-to-end project requirements in the civil engineering and construction sector.

Key Draft, review, and manage contracts with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.

Oversee procurement and purchasing activities, ensuring cost efficiency and quality compliance.
Manage commercial negotiations and finalize agreements with stakeholders.
Monitor contract performance, variations, and claims while mitigating risks.
Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams for smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Maintain vendor relationships and develop strong sourcing strategies.
Prepare MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts for management review.

Key Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).

10+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or commercial operations in the real estate / construction industry.

Strong knowledge of contract law, construction practices, and vendor management.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems related to procurement / contract management.
