Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing and Selection : Identifying and selecting vendors, suppliers, and contractors who meet project requirements and specifications.
- Contract Negotiation and Management : Negotiating and drafting contracts, including procurement contracts, vendor agreements, construction contracts, and lease agreements.
- Budgeting and Cost Control : Managing project budgets, ensuring costs are kept within allocated limits, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Vendor Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.
- Pre-Contract Management : Conducting feasibility studies, due diligence, and project assessments before contracts are finalized.
- Risk Management : Analyzing potential risks and opportunities associated with real estate development projects.
- Quality Control : Ensuring that all products and materials meet company standards.

BE / B. Tech - Civil EngineeringEstimation & costing, tendering and contract Engineer with 10 -15 years experience in Real-estate / Construction industry.Exposure to rates classification for itemized works.Achieved significant cost savings through stringent negotiation techniques, market survey and negotiations.Proficient in developing cost estimates of projects / budgetary proposals, detail project reports / paid studies, and in estimation of man-hours for procurement services.Skills Required
