Key Responsibilities :
- Source and identify potential candidates using job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or video interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer letter.
- Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications.
- Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing feedback and updates.
- Prepare and send out offer letters, ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain positive relationships with candidates and ensure a great candidate experience.
- Assist in conducting background checks and other pre-employment formalities.
- Support the HR team in any other administrative tasks related to recruitment.
