Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements and qualifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other recruitment documentation.
- Manage job postings and advertisements across various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Support in the onboarding process, ensuring that new hires complete required documentation and induction procedures.
- Help in organizing and conducting campus recruitment drives, walk-ins, and job fairs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate engagement, and overall recruitment process efficiency.
- Assist in generating reports on recruitment progress and outcomes.
- Provide a great candidate experience by maintaining regular communication and offering feedback throughout the recruitment process.
