Description
We are looking for enthusiastic freshers / entry-level candidates to join our HR Recruitment team as interns. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and develop your skills in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through various channels
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
- Participate in recruitment events and job fairs to promote the company and attract talent
- Provide support in preparing job descriptions and postings
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
