Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the job market context of India and be familiar with the latest recruitment trends and practices. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and fill open positions with qualified candidates. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Please note that we are seeking candidates with experience in the FinTech industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate regularly with hiring managers and candidates to provide updates on the recruitment process
- Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote the company and attract candidates
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and legal compliance
Skills and Qualifications
2-3 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in the job market context of IndiaBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldIn-depth knowledge of recruitment trends and practicesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environmentFamiliarity with legal requirements and regulations related to recruitment and hiringProficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity toolsSkills Required
