In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales over the phone, building strong customer relationships and helping expand our client base. Job Description :

• Reach out to potential and existing customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to promote our financial advisory services.
• Communicate confidently to build strong relationships and trust with clients.
• Understand customer needs through effective questioning and close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in CRM software.
• Follow up on leads and coordinate with the field sales team for conversions.
• Consistently achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain proper logs of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
