Role Overview :
As an SAP Signavio Consultant, you will be responsible for leading process modeling initiatives, facilitating workshops, and supporting business transformation efforts using the SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to document, analyze, and improve business processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and facilitate process discovery and modeling workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
- Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes using BPMN 2.0 standards in SAP Signavio.
- Ensure high-quality, structured, and error-free process documentation within the Signavio platform.
- Develop and enforce modeling guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Support process owners and modelers in using SAP Signavio tools effectively.
- Conduct process analysis to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Create and maintain process hierarchies and decompose workflows into actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with transformation teams to align process models with strategic goals.
