Roles & Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment – Handling the full hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- IT Hiring Expertise – Recruiting for technology roles (Software Developers, Engineers, Architects, Data Scientists, etc.).
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition – Using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to identify top tech talent.
- Stakeholder Management – Coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure smooth hiring.
- Market Research & Strategy – Understanding industry trends and competitor hiring strategies to improve sourcing.
- Process Compliance – Ensuring all hiring processes are followed efficiently.
