Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive and Office Admin in Kochi. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client accounts. The position also includes supporting office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. Effective communication and relationship-building are central to the role, along with maintaining a professional and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand opportunities and drive growth
• Proficiency in Account Management and Business practices to build lasting client relationships and manage portfolios
• Strong Communication skills including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage administrative responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with CRM tools, sales processes, or technology-related industries is a plus
