Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in sales to drive growth across Kerala. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology in education, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to travel extensively to meet potential clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools across Kerala to promote COAB's software product.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with school management and decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide timely reports on market feedback, competitor activity, and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales (experience in EdTech or software sales preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.CRM experience is preferredSkills Required
