- Base CTC : 1,20,000 / year (10,000 / month guaranteed)
- Revenue commission : 4.5% on all B2B source sales
- Retention bonus : additional 2% on repeat customer orders
- Relationship incentives : 500 per new source onboarded
- Monthly potential : 20-30k+ with good performance, 50-60k+ with strong performance

Network building & relationship management
Identify and onboard B2B sources across KeralaBuild long-term partnerships with sources who value premium nutraceutical solutionsConduct product presentations and educational sessionsMaintain and nurture relationships to ensure repeat business and referralsSales & business development
Achieve monthly onboarding targets of new B2B sourcesDrive sales through your source network with science-backed product recommendationsProvide product education and support to help sources serve their customers betterCollaborate with R&D and product teams to address source feedback and needsMarket intelligence & strategy
Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the nutraceuticals spaceProvide insights on source needs and market opportunitiesParticipate in industry events, wellness fairs, and professional networking opportunitiesRepresent Anugraha's commitment to quality and evidence-based nutritionWhat we're looking for
Essential qualifications
Freshers welcome with strong academic background and passion for B2B sales1-3 years of B2B sales experience (FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or wellness preferred)Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related fieldStrong communication skills in English and MalayalamValid driving license and willingness to travel within KeralaPersonal qualities
Honest and humble nature; integrity builds lasting relationshipsExceptional listening skills; ability to understand source needsPatience and persistence; building B2B networks takes timeResults-driven mindset and ability to work independently in a field-based rolePreferred experience
