About the Role
We are looking for a Junior HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the full HR cycle including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations . This is an on-site role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Post job listings on portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process.
2. Onboarding
Prepare offer letters, collect documents, and assist in new employee orientation.Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth joining and access setup for new hires.Maintain onboarding checklists and ensure timely completion of tasks.3. Offboarding
Coordinate exit formalities including clearance, feedback, and documentation.Ensure proper handover and support final settlement coordination.4. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain and update employee records in HR software (attendance, leaves, documents, etc.).Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data (attendance, leave deductions, etc.).Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal communication.Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of all HR information.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.1-2 years of experience in HR (internship or full-time).Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
