As a Junior HR Executive at V3Cube, you will support the full spectrum of human resources functions, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational support. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad and ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of prior HR experience seeking growth in a dynamic tech environment.

• Recruitment (Mandatory skill) : Demonstrated experience in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across multiple platforms ensuring role fitment and timely closures.
• Employee Relations (Mandatory skill) : Ability to foster a positive workplace environment and effectively address employee concerns to boost morale and retention.
• Interview Scheduling (Mandatory skill) : Proficiency in coordinating, scheduling, and managing candidate interviews, with attention to logistical efficiency and professionalism.
• Onboarding : Experience executing seamless onboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and integration for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
• HRIS : Competence in utilizing Human Resource Information Systems for maintaining employee records, reports, and supporting HR compliance functions accurately.
• Talent Sourcing : Adept at identifying and engaging potential candidates using a range of sourcing strategies aligned with the company's requirements and culture.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with team members, management, and job applicants for clear and productive interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, allowing for meticulous management of documentation, records, and administrative HR tasks under time-sensitive conditions.
